1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or transmit any content that:

1. Is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
2. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
4. Contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
5. Promotes or facilitates high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage, without appropriate human oversight.
6. Involves the processing of unsolicited, sensitive personal data (special category data) or violates applicable data protection laws.

2. Usage Limits

2.1. You must not attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. We may enforce rate limits, quotas, or other fair-use restrictions at our discretion to prevent abuse or degradation of the Service.

3. Enforcement and Moderation

3.1. We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or take other corrective action if we determine that you have violated this AUP or applicable laws.

3.2. We may implement a notice-and-action procedure for reported violations where appropriate, but we are not obligated to provide notice before taking enforcement measures.
