Women remain underrepresented in media coverage – particularly as subject-matter experts. At the same time, public debate thrives on diverse perspectives, well-founded insights, and voices that stand out.
This is exactly where our “Fit for Media” workshop comes in: In an intensive, hands-on training session, we prepare female experts specifically for media appearances – from preparing for interviews and handling journalists with confidence, to delivering a compelling performance on stage.
The workshop is designed for companies and organizations looking to empower their female experts for media appearances, interviews, panels, or public speaking. It is available as a private group workshop and can be booked upon request.

The workshop provides female experts with the necessary tools to confidently, clearly, and convincingly bring their perspectives into the media world. They train their performance with experienced media professionals, receive concrete feedback, and gain confidence in handling interview situations.

Speakerinnen & Coaches
Annabella Bassler
Annabella Bassler has been CFO of Ringier AG since 2012, having held various positions within the finance department since 2007. She drove the group’s digital transformation, focusing on strategy, M&A activities, and financial management. In addition, she initiated the EqualVoice initiative, which aims to amplify women’s voices in the media and promote gender equality. Annabella Bassler completed her degree in economics at the European Business School. Alongside her role at Ringier AG, she is a valued member of various boards of directors.
Heidi Hauer
Heidi Hauer is a Leadership & Holistic Health Coach who supports female executives and entrepreneurs in unlocking their full potential. She looks back on a 20-year career in communication. On her show “The Heidi Hauer Podcast”, she talks with inspiring women about topics such as health, happiness, money, career, entrepreneurship, and spirituality. In 2021, she published her first book “The Queendom Within” – a guide to fulfilling one’s dreams.
